For Property Owners
Property owners residing in their home will need to provide the completed form below. If you are not reflected as the property owner in the Association’s records, you will also need to provide a copy of the recorded deed of trust on the property to evidence you are the owner of record.
For Tenants
Tenants will need to provide the completed form below. In addition, tenants will need to provide a copy of their rental agreement to evidence residency.
