The Management Alternative uses a state-of-the-art document and delivery system from docLine which provides around-the-clock online access to all governing documents and critical project data for lenders, mortgage bankers, escrow agents, real estate agents and homeowners in need of information for communities managed by The Management Alternative.
To request a Questionnaire and/or disclosure documents, log-in the docLine App below. DocLine is an Internet utility developed to simplify the process of delivering and obtaining community association data and documentation for a variety of users in any association real estate transaction. It delivers valuable association information in minutes instead of days.
Please be advised that our office will no longer be taking any calls in this regard and you will be referred to the docLine App for all information requests in the future.
Escrow FAQ
Updated Escrow Demand
If you have already received an escrow demand and the "VALID TO" date has lapsed, There is an UP FRONT flat fee of $50.00 for an update. The payment must be made with a CHECK or MONEY ORDER and mailed to our office.
Escrow Demand Request Processing
Escrow demand requests must be received by Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. and will be processed Thursday. If you are having trouble submitting the form, you may also print it out and fax it to 209-544-3421.
Questionnaire/HOA certification
To order an questionnaire/HOA certification use the docLine App above. Please be advised that the only information we provide in regard to an HOA Certification for the Association is included in the Questionnaire Document for the Association in this portal. We do not complete lender specific HOA certification forms.
Expired Escrow Demand
If your escrow demand has expired and an update is needed, please be advised that no account information will be given verbally over the phone. You will need to request an updated demand through our website as indicated above and a $50 fee will be required.
